Pencil pinstripe skirt with pockets and chain details *repaired damage*

Beautiful pencil skirt with off white pinstripes and a chain detail at one of the pockets. The skirt has three zippers: one for each pocket and another in the back. There is also a small hook in the back to keep the skirt in place. When I originally bought the skirt, I undid the stitches on one side of the underskirt for my own comfort.
