Thick warm wool blanket, Perfect for layering over in the car seat. Wool is naturally antimicrobial so this would be great for tummy time, an absorbent change pad, layer in the crib as a water resistant layer if you lanolize it, upcycled it into a wool diaper cover - great for cloth diapering families!
