oceanfanatic @vpoulin89 No worries at all :) 23.5in. But keep in mind it has the extra panel in the middle for a little more room on each side. It's quite generous in sizing. I would say it's more a 2x than a 1x which is why I did not keep it. I am more of a 0-1x

vpoulin89 @oceanblueeyess okay! I'm quite hippy lol, so blouses in that material usually fit me either around the bust or the hips, never both 😂

oceanfanatic @vpoulin89 20.5 but each side has that extra panel of 3 inches on each side. I am measuring seam to seam for the hip and pit. Then add 3 inches on either side for added room. Hope that makes sense haha. It definitely will fit bigger hips. I do not have them so it was quite flowy and wide on mine.
