oceanfanatic @vpoulin89 No worries at all :) 23.5in. But keep in mind it has the extra panel in the middle for a little more room on each side. It's quite generous in sizing. I would say it's more a 2x than a 1x which is why I did not keep it. I am more of a 0-1x

oceanfanatic @vpoulin89 20.5 but each side has that extra panel of 3 inches on each side. I am measuring seam to seam for the hip and pit. Then add 3 inches on either side for added room. Hope that makes sense haha. It definitely will fit bigger hips. I do not have them so it was quite flowy and wide on mine.

oceanfanatic @lindacsmc 20 inches side to side from each seam in the front, but has a panel on each side that gives it an extra 3 inches on each side. So you are looking at 26 approximately. I hope that makes sense. It is a very generous fit.
