Penningtons Petite Black Tapered Leggings Wide Elastic at Hips VG 2XP

These tapered, petite leggings are used but in very good condition. There is minute wear/pilling from use. There is a seam running down the center of the leg, front and back. There are two small sections on the inside of the waist, where a few stitches came undone. It's just edging not a sewn seam. The elasticized section at each hip measures approximately 12" x 4.25". Waist flat: 21" Inseam: 25"
