Penningtons plus size knee length skirt in size 16. The skirt is an elastic waist A-line style that is fully lined and has a slight flounce at the hem. The colour is black with hues of tan in a floral/leaf pattern. Measurements: waist 15.5” and length with flounce 25”. Material is 100% Polyester. The skirt would be a great wardrobe piece; it offers comfort and can go from day to evening with the right accessories. The skirt has a small fraying piece of fabric in the waistband.
