Penningtons womens black swim shorts. The liner(panty part) has been cut out. Size 1X. Great for the beach or the pool to wear over top of your bathsuit. Can be worn in the water as swim bottoms. They are flowy and comfortable. In great condition. Some of the photos make them look brown, but they are true black. The lighting changed the color of them. Measurments and fabric tag in the photos.
