Pennington’s wrap skirt

I took the tags off, but this is a true wrap skirt made of polyester. No stretch to the fabric. Beautiful, bold colours. Great for a winter holiday. Not sure if the size, but I’m guessing an18. Please see measurements. Excellent condition.
