Pennyblack top

White ribbed high stretch top with bell cuffs. Wide neck that can be worn over the shoulders. Italian luxury brand. It has a small dirt spot in the front but I don't want to remove the tags to hand wash it but it'll come out. Pit to pit is approximately 12" and stretches to 20" and length is 21". New with tags.
