Peplum Polka Dot Blouse

This shirt is soooo cute but I’m trying to purge my closet and I just don’t wear it enough. Worn twice - perfect condition. Size 2 but could fit a 4 as well. Tie up top with a cinched waist. Light and comfy material. So many ways to dress this up or down! Will gently wash and pack with care prior to sending to new home!
