However the button down portion below (around the hips) does not - please note that the waist (where the two tops meet) is ~18" laying flat Worn / washed once (hand wash & hung dry) as unfortunately the button down portion is too tight in my mid-section Also note the wrists of the sleeves have nice wide opening and a nice under cuff that creates for the balloon arms
