@christinetta hey! so I’d say it would fit closer to a 4. I’m 34 C and the top fits perfectly. But I’m also 5’9” tall so it’s juuust a little too short for me, hanging at my mid-thigh length. I’ll have to go to my mom’s house to measure the length so I’ll have to get back to you on that part if that’s okay :)
