Pet rain jacket

Camouflage rain jacket with hood. Adjustable sleeves and hood. Has fleece lining on the inside and has reflective strips on the back and on sleeve for walking at night. This has never been worn. Bought for our dog but unfortunately he didn’t get the chance to wear it. According to the size chart you measure from the base of the dog’s neck to the base of the tail. This is a size medium, measures at 14”-16”
