Petit Garcon Striped Shift Dress

This striped shift dress is SO FLATTERING!! Kind of gives off a 60's vibe. Purchased from 1861 and in good condition. I find it's on the short side (and I am only 5'1), but it can easily be paired with leggings and look awesome.
