Petite Ann Taylor Sleeveless Blouse with Collar

A sleeveless, off-white blouse in excellent condition, with a loose turtleneck style collar and a really cool stripe design. I love it, but it's a little too long for me. The stripe looks black in the pictures, but it's actually a dark navy. The fabric is soft, comfortable and feels expensive, if that makes sense.
