Petite Vintage Decorative Wire Dress Form / Accent Piece

This vintage wire dress form is purely decorative I believe. It appears to be a very petite or child size measuring approx 37" tall (from top to bottom completely), 12.5" across at the shoulder, 7.5" across at the waist, and 10.5" across at the hips. As an example, we are showing a size medium women's shirt hanging on it. Condition - good condition but has general paint wear all over, examples of which are shown in the pics. It has a vintage charm to it, but you could also repaint it if you wanted!
