Petticoat Lane skirt

Petticoat Lane navy blue patterned skirt with heart shaped pockets at the front. Never worn. Waist 16” but with a lot of stretch Length 32” Material tag says cott but I don’t think it is correct because there is a lot of stretch to the fabric. Fits up to size 14.
