@acnea Hello there. Thank you for reaching out. It was part of my uncle's collection of Ferrari memorabilia. He had quite the collection. He had the hat, a flag and a poster in a separate collection labeled autographed by Phil Hill which all matched. I went online to cross reference the signatures and they also match. I don't have a paper, only that what I researched and what he had in his collections and how they were autographed, numbered etc.
