seramiaseramia @melcl248 if I recall correctly, it has an inner button to secure the inner skirt layer and then the top layer to wrap over and tie. So only the inner layer is fixed with the button but that would be an easy adjustment to move the button location to accommodate slightly tighter or looser.

seramiaseramia @melcl248 hi, sorry it took so long to get around to looking for this! Waist is 13” when you use the hook and button where they are. Although if you could always do a simple sewing job to move both the button and hook over to make it wider. Button is to close the first part of the skirt and the hook is to secure the front flap.
