Racer back style, mock neck, fitted in waist and flares out so nicely. I would try it on but I don't think it would fit me.
Neoprene on the top part and then a woven jacquard on the skirt.
So pretty no snags.

Waist 14" so it cinches in
Hips about 17"
Skirt flares out to about 19"-20" but it's soft so it's flowy
A-line skirt
It is stretchy! It is a thicker knit
