Philosophy Satin Gathered Midi Skirt - Size XS

Shimmery and satiny. Very twirlable. I would call this a steel, silvery blue. I'm putting this as a S/M although the tag says XS. The waist stretches out to about 17" across (back when I could wear an XS, this skirt was loose on me). 100% polyester.
