Picadilly purple burnout velvet is semi-sheer inbetween the patterned design. Long sleeves and hem have beaded fringe edging. 82% rayon/18% silk, care tag says hand wash only. Tag size is women's "18", can fit slightly larger or smaller due to open front styling - see below for garment measurements.
