NWOT Picadilly Fashions Dress in size Small. However I’d say a small medium. This dress has uneven drop hem and is fully lined. Absolutely stunning. Says small but again, a large small to medium. Pit to pit measure is 17” with some good stretch there if needed. Length is 46”. I bought this for a wedding that didn’t happen and has stayed in closet since. Too big for me now. 100% nylon shell 100% polyester lining. Love this dress!! Wish it fit me 😫
