Picadilly ruffle shrug made in Canada

Beautiful shrug by Canadian brand made and designed in Canada. It is size XXL but I think almost anyone could wear it depending on how you want to style it (see photos). It has a ruffle detail that drapes in the front. What I really love about this piece is the "v" shape in the back that is so flattering. The sleeves also have a ruching to it.
