Fun whimsical penguin from Pier 1. Festive figure featuring a penguin holding a lollipop while standing with his foot in a cupcake. Made of mixed materials and metal with a glitter and flocked finish. Cupcake is weighted to secure him upright. The top wing is starting to come loose but still attached. Overall good condition. Measures nearly 15" tall.
