Vintage 90s Passports by Pier 1 Imports summer dress in fair pre-owned condition. Two flaws: one button missing at front; fabric has come apart at waist seam and will need to be stitched. Skirt is fully lined with 100% cotton. Body of dress is rayon/cotton. Tie at back & elasticized waist band. Open back. Full button closure at front.
