Pierre Frey for J Crew tunic cover up

This is gorgeous! That print! It’s always been too small for me, so it’s unfortunately never been worn (it has been washed). Marked xxs, but fits more like an xs I think. For reference, I’m 5’4 and usually a small (size 26) at J Crew, and this fits but is snug in the hips for me.
