amee826 @kbrownbridge hi, in my experience it depends on the brand. Sometimes a 38 fits me and sometimes it’s too big. They fit me but might have some room since I found them a little loose at the ankle on me. Would you like me to measure them for you?

amee826 @kbrownbridge also when I got these the Anthro size chart on the item said they were equivalent to size 7 :) again, I find it varies by brand
