Minor wear, including one small white line on base that can be removed, but not really noticeable as it has an aged, rusty look to it. Easily painted to match any décor if you choose to do so. Great for autumn decorating. Holds one pillar candle. Unmarked, manufacturer and age unknown. Measures 12" tall and 5 1/2" in diameter where candle sits, so would hold quite a large candle.
