If you took the frilliest, cutest cupcake and turned it into a dress, you would get this charming pink dress featuring ruffled details and gold polka dots. Would be adorable with a gold belt and accent jewelry. Due to the elasticized neckline, you can wear this on or off shoulder. The waist also looks tiny but can easily stretch to a bit more than 30".
