This is a beautiful feminine Pink Tartan Blouse. It features a navy pinstripe, mock neck, pearl details on the cuffs and back key hole closure and a gorgeous ruffle down each arm. This blouse is in excellent pre-loved condition. Size tag reads: 4. I’m not sure what size 4 means but based on the measurements (see pics) I’m listing as a small/medium.
