Pink Tartan khaki dress - wool

This has been hanging in the back of my closet new with tags. Khaki coloured, a-lined Pink Tartan dress, skirt is wool. Military details such as shoulder buttons and pocket. A few stitches on the left side have come loose but the fabric is fully intact so is an easy fix with needle and thread.
