Just purchased this dress and wore it once for a wedding that I was a Bridesmaid in I am 5 foot 9 and I got the tall length, I wore 2 inch heels and the length was perfect. You can always alter it if you need it shorter. It has straps but also these off the shoulder Sleeves The dress was $330
