Pink floral textured skirt

I thrifted this skirt many years ago and just never ended up wearing. It is such a fun texture with a beautiful bright pink. I will say the skirt does seem a to be hand made it is a little loose at the waist but fitted my hips I’m 37 inch hip, if I were to keep it, I would pull it a little higher on my waist and belt it just to make it sure it’s secure, Please pay attention to measurements as it will be posted soon. I styled it with a pink sheer top and a pink bag to give a monochrome vibe these items are for sale as well. :)
