Pink plaid handmade coat

Handmade pink plaid jacket, the tag says "fashioned by Sandy Ballantyne". It doesn't say the size but fits like a US small. I can't confirm the material either but the outside feels like a thin wool or synthetic equivalent, lining is soft shiny pink. Great condition, unsure when it was made.
