This a great coat for so many reasons! It keeps you dry on the wet days, including wet snow. There is fleece lined inside the coat. It’s pink for us pink colour lovers. Go ahead and make me an offer☺️. There are a few very tiny marks on the sleeve that I’m sure would come up once washed.

beadsandthrifts @justine_fafard Hey☺️. The hip size is 22 inches. As far as rain proof, it just depends on how much rain. The coat has seen a fair bit of rain, keeping it from getting inside the coat itself. I hope that helps. Thanks.
