Pink sweater with details on shoulders, slightly cropped length

I bought this sweater at a sidewalk sale at Mad About Style boutique in Winnipeg. It has many cute details including the ruffle around the upper arm/shoulder. Never worn. It is a shorter length. Please see the last two photos for approximate length at the side and front. The colour is a dusty pink.
