Cozy Warm, Fully Lined with Faux Fur (that is deceptively real feeling/looking) from luxury UK company Pinko. Wool panels under arms and at bottom. Size 8 but fits small. This would be quite fitted on a Size 6-8, Oversized on a 4 and under. Wear open, or drapes with one button closure.
