This Pins And Needles embroidered flocked strapless peplum dress is in very good condition. Tags are attached. Sweetheart top with boning at the sides. Ruffled peplum at waist and hidden zip at the back. Fully lined. Please see pics for measurements. Lovely ivory/cream colour. Note: Though it's new with tags, there are a few small imperfections - a few places where the threads have snagged and one very small black mark on the back.
