This beautiful flowy summer dress is a must for supper out or a day at the mall. Shirt collar with tiny dainty buttons all the way down the front. The washed blue stripes add a flirty touch. Half circle skirt, rolled sleeves, and tie belt with loops. Slight stains under arms as shown. Flattering fit in a slightly stiff polyester/cotton blend. Only worn 4 times. In excellent condition except for the underarm stains. Fits like a small.
