Beautiful full skirt with nice big pockets. Because this is such a rare skirt (especially brand new with tags) the price is firm at this time. penguinempress @kara555 Hello! Laid flat, the waist is approximately 16.5 inches across, length is approximately 24 inches. The skirt flares out so hips are open.

penguinempress @ashleykipping As for stretch - the fabric doesn’t really have stretch but it’s cotton sateen, which does loosen a bit with wear. So the waist might eventually have a little give to it but it’s definitely not stretchy. Hope that helps!
