Part of a collaborative capsule collection featuring original artwork by Mary Blair - a pioneering American artist, animator, and designer prominent in producing art and animation for The Walt Disney Company, drawing concept art for such flms as Alice in Wonderland, Peter Pan, Song c of the South and Cinderella and the iconic "Its A Small World" attraction at Disneyland. The border print is Part of the "Bon Voyage" series with a whimsical Mid-century style Train with turquoise puffs of smoke and a ditsy floral background. The Aurora dress features a sleeveless scoop neck bodice with a full gathered skirt - plenty of room for a crinoline-with deep side seam POCKETS! Crafted from a high-quality canary yellow cotton sateen that is complementary in contrast to the print. The bodice is fully lined with a silky buttercream satin. The medium-weight cotton sateen is cool enough for the summer but has enough weight to wear with tights or layered with a turtleneck underneath in cooler months. Centre back zip closure.
