New without tag. I received this brand-new as a gift a few years ago and have not used it at all. Vegan leather, fully lined. Zipper in main compartment and zipper inside pocket. Magnetic snap closure. Spacious enough to hold a novel. The little nic on top is from storage (sadly). Pixie Mood is a Canadian vegan brand.
