Plaid Jacket with Frills

Beautiful plaid jacket with black frills. It also comes with a belt as it fits more like a robe. (No buttons or zipper) The length runs about mid-thigh. This is more of a fall jacket, but can be bundled for a light winter day. Gently worn - great condition.
