Grey plaid with thin, pink lines. Paper bag top (ruffle at waist and tie belt) help secure the skirt. Pockets on either side. Elastic waist allows some stretch. Waist is 14.5” across when unstretched. 20” across hips. Skirt is 17.5” long from waist to hem. Machine wash cold.
