In a pretty red shade 🍒 They have an elastic section in the back of the waistband, and a zipper at the side with a hook and eye closure. Measurements taken flat- waist 11.5” unstretched hips 16” rise 12” inseam 2” including ruffle outseam 12” to front of leg cuff, 13” to back of leg cuff including ruffle Brand- Urban Outfitters Size- XS - true to size. I’m a waist size 24” for reference. Material- 82% rayon, 17% polyester, 1% spandex
