This is absolutely fabulous strapless plaid dress is by Vinyard Vines and is a size 10. Pit to pit is 17.5". Waist is 15". Hips are 20.5". Did I mention this dress has pockets? Not just that but a rubber line around the top to prevent it from slipping. The fabric has a little give, but it isn't what I would call stretchy. Materials in photo. Very good used condition.
