Plaid button down skirt

Green/pink/beige plaid. Button down midi skirt. Thin/lightweight. High waist, A line cut. Excellent like new condition. It’s never been worn but the waist has been tightened (can probably be undone if needed) tagged as a medium, fits more like a small. Waist = 12” length = 25.5”
