Plaid skirt handmade pleated probably wool or wool blend, red buttons retro

This is a handmade bespoke vintage pleated retro plaid skirt. Very nice stitching and seems like serged edges. Red plastic buttons probably from the 50s and probably wool or wool blend. Waist is about 29" and has no stretch or give so measure carefully (s or xs) About 28" long This preloved skirt is in nice used vintage condition, examine photos, sold as is as found so you may want to have it dry cleaned/pressed. It has no tags so I recommend professional cleaning.
