Plaid tapered pant with gathered top with tie size 14p Reitmans

I bought these and didn’t realize they were petite. At 5’6” they fit but aren’t perfect so I am hoping someone petite can use them They are grey and white plaid, pretty comfy but dressy enough for work. On me they were ankle length.
